I hiked up a small hill near Copacabana, Bolivia for a view of Lake Titicaca early in the morning and saw this amazing water spout in the distance. Someone told us later that this only happens once every 4-5 years. The lake was beautiful - we only spent one day here, but plan to return in July. The lake is at about 12,000 feet and is one of the highest navigable lakes in the world.North Star to Southern Cross
