Sorry we haven't posted for a few days, but we have been following the classic Gringo Trail for the last 10 days. We left Arequipa and headed to Cusco (11,400 ft). We spend a few days touring the city...in this picture, you see the central plaza and the huge spanish Cathedral. Each town the Spanish conquered has a cathedral similar to this. We have seen many Inca ruins and have walked ALL OVER during the past week. We spent last Sunday with the Brubakers, minus Derrick, who is in Lima taking a medical course. We attended a great church outside of Cusco with Jen and the girls and ate trout at a classy Peruvian restaurant. It was nice to rest for a day, as Andrew was getting over a quick cold that only lasted about 4 days.

Good to hear you are both well. Rae & I are settling in here in Bethlehem, PA. I dodged snow and ice storms all last week to arrive safely in PA after 6 days of driving. I think I'm all set to start my new job on the 18th (Andrew's B-day), which is exciting. Keep in touch. We miss you guys!!
6 days!!! Wow - glad to hear you made it in one piece. You are starting on a holiday?? - You should get that day off...just tell them it is Andrew´s Birthday and they will understand I´m sure. How is the apartment...all the rugs straight...everything in its proper place...is the belly button calendar up yet??? Take care of yourselves - good to hear from you. - Andrew & Jen
